 Doğan Güneş Tourism and Hotel Management Limited Company was started to operate in 1995 by the current company head and also the Mayor of Susurluk, İsmail Güneş.
2Till 2008, the company has contributed to the national economy to a great degree by building three facilities in Susurluk, Balıkesir. The company built its first facility using build-operate-transfer model and started to operate it in 1996. The company’s operating right for this facility will expire in May of 2011. The facility, being used as a warehouse now, will be taken into service again with the aim of serving truck drivers.
Ulusoy Recreational Facilities , one of the most exclusive recreational facilities of our country, was taken into service by the company on the 5th km of Balıkesir highway in 2004, and it stil goes on serving.
The company’s third facility, SUSURLUK ULUSOY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, that is one of the most modern and extensive facilities in Europe and exceptional recreational facilities in the world, was started to build in 2006 and taken into service with the aim of contributing to national economy in July of 2006, being built in a 6 months’ time.
